Feel free to ask any questions and I'll try to help if I can. Hope it's okay! It's my first tutorial =A=;;

I did this at ochiba.net, but if you google "oekaki board" I'm sure you could find a ton of other ones.

Sorry for the tiny text XD Maybe one day I'll make one that's more legible, but for now this'll have to do, I suppose.

[edit] A program for sensing pen pressure in oekaki can be found here: [link] I didn't use it for this particular oekaki, but it really does help get smoother lines. (only for Windows, alas ;_; )

[edit 2] I recently discovered that for Mac, the Undo command in oekaki is not in fact cmd+z (like it is for everything else) but still ctrl+z like on Windows.

i had a little idea of how to work with it but never thought anyone could ever use it to make such pretty pictures ;;w;; thanks alot for this tutorial. i've learned so much stuff today : D .. i'll be sure to try shipainting sometime soon >3<

I'm so terrible at oekaki/shipainter i could almost cry, explains why all my paintchat stuff is monochrome and i never colour shit

I alway use shi-painter lol! because never good on shi-painter pro XD [only time I draw on pro is when I was on paint chat lol!]

That has to be the prettiest tutorial I've ever seen XD You laid it out so nicely! I like the paint splotches xD And it's a very good tutorial.. I'll probably end up needing it if I ever oekaki again. *forgot she had a tablet the other day* x__x;
